The CP 4611 rivet buster rental offers the best power-to-weight ratio available for powering through rivets. With the ability to hit with the same power as a 60 lb breaker, but with half its weight, operators can work longer without fatigue. Long piston stroke of 11″ offers the power necessary to handle even the toughest jobs. Precise control is possible thanks to the teasing throttle. Rugged conditions are no match for the forged steel handle, so you can work harder without fear of destroying the equipment.

Effective indicators on the CP 4611 rivet buster rental make it possible to know the time when the bumper needs to be replaced. You can even be assured of a lower chance for accidental piston ejection thanks to the stepped cylinder design. This heavy-duty piece of equipment is perfect for contractors looking for powerful delivery while still minimizing the weight of the tool.

They also have a teasing throttle for precise control. The teasing throttle is part of the Controlled Power System (CPS). Other features of the system are control of blank firing and control over excessive wear. There are also features for control over premature structural breakage. An indicator groove on the lower sleeve shows when it is time to replace the bumper.

All these features have the same objective: to help control the operating cost and avoid unexpected work interruptions.

Originally designed for removing rivets and for various other metal applications, rivet busters are now also used for concrete demolition work and bridge work. They have approximately the same hitting power as a 60 lb (30 kg) breaker but only half its weight.
